The next stage in our process for construction is an assessment from our Design Team. Our Design Team assesses all of the information provided by our Assessment Team and takes into account a range of design factors that relate to the construction of your building. We believe that this part of the process is integral to the successful and accurate completion of your construction job. After you are satisfied with your quotation, we will be ready to commence construction on your project. Our standard construction lead time is two to three weeks from the date of order placement.
Each construction project from our commercial builders is unique to your needs, and will depend on the scope and complexity of the project that we are creating. Regardless, we ensure that we apply the same level of care and skills to every project that we do.
We work to ensure that sustainable and ethical building materials are used wherever possible with our construction work and also work to ensure that all subcontractors work in accordance with current industry and Workplace Health and Safety standards.
During construction, we are available to speak with you about any queries or problems that you may have about the build.
It is our aim to minimise any impact on surrounding offices or buildings by carrying out work that involves high levels of noise or dust, outside normal business hours. In doing so, we ensure that our construction process is geared towards a greater contribution to both you and the community at large.
Our commercial builders carry out regular inspections on the build to ensure that everything is being completed to a high standard and to the required design, as well as in compliance with Australian Standards, Building Codes of Practice and regulations. Every project we construct is inspected and checked to ensure that we are meeting the structural, health, safety and amenity compliance points.
We work to meet the deadline as set by our team at the start of your project and look to complete all work on time. We will keep you informed at every step of the way if there is any work that will take longer to complete due to council delays, weather or material unavailability – or any other external factor.
Following a process allows us to be ready for handover as soon as possible.
The job is done – and now it’s time to perform our handover. We will be just as thorough in checking over the build at this stage as we have at every other juncture.
